We invite you to join us at the Fondation CBM Luxembourg Conference on Thursday 10^th October 2024, World Sight Day.

The CBM Board Members will present our progress on our mission and activities to accelerate the treatment for preventable blindness in developing countries, particularly in Angola. We are also thrilled to have Terje Iversen as our guest speaker. Terje Iversen has over 30 years of experience leading programs for the Norwegian Association of the Blind and Partially Sighted. He will share with us his professional knowledge of international development work and eye health care, especially in Africa.

This year, we are delighted to host the CBM Conference at the Auditorium at Hôpitaux Robert Schuman, Kirchberg (address: 9, Rue Edward Steichen, L-2540 Luxembourg). As in previous years, attendees can join via Livestream.

The Conference begins at 6:30pm and refreshments are served from 6pm. After the Conference, we invite all attendees to join us for the Cocktail. Attendees will then also have the chance to admire artworks from students of CDV (Centre pour le Développement des Compétences relatives à la Vue).
